Scope
This policy covers this website only. It does not cover the merchant processing accounts, terminals or platforms we may set up for you — those are governed by the agreements and privacy notices of the processor, acquiring bank and hardware provider involved.
What we collect
The contact form on this site asks for your name, business name, email address, optional phone number, approximate monthly card volume and your message. Nothing else is requested.
We do not take payments on this site, we do not create user accounts, and we do not ask for card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security numbers or Tax ID numbers through the website.
How the form works
The form does not upload anything to a server we control. When you submit it, your own email application opens with the details pre-filled, addressed to info@kcostrategies.com. You send it yourself, and you attach your processing statement yourself. Until you press send in your own email client, we have received nothing.
Once you send it, the message lives in our business email account and is used only to prepare your review and respond to you.
Statements you send us
Processing statements are treated as confidential business information. They are used to build your comparison and are shared only with underwriting or processing partners when doing so is necessary to quote or open your account. We do not contact your current processor without your say-so.
Analytics and cookies
This site uses privacy-oriented aggregate analytics to count page views and referral sources. It does not build advertising profiles and does not require a cookie consent banner. If we later add advertising or conversion tracking, this policy will be updated first.
What we never do
We do not sell, rent or trade your information. We do not add you to purchased marketing lists. We do not share your details with third parties except the processing and underwriting partners needed to serve your request, or where required by law.
Retention and deletion
Correspondence and statements are kept only as long as needed for the relationship and any applicable record-keeping obligations. To request deletion of information you have sent us, email info@kcostrategies.com and we will confirm once it is done.
Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18.
