Final pricing, fees and terms are those set out in the signed merchant agreement, which controls if it conflicts with anything here.

Our Rate Lock refers to the margin we quote remaining fixed for the life of the account. It does not cover changes to interchange or assessments published by the card brands, which apply industry-wide and are outside any processor's control. The specific terms, scope and duration of the guarantee for your account are defined in your signed merchant agreement.

Statements about past performance — including that our clients have not experienced a rate increase in over five years — describe our track record and are not a promise of future results for any particular account.

References to hardware, software or platform providers describe products we deploy and support. They do not imply that those companies endorse, sponsor or are responsible for this website.
